What is SteamVaults?+
SteamVaults is an independent third-party service for buying or selling Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys with USDT. You sign in through Steam OpenID and provide your Steam Trade URL for offers; SteamVaults never asks for your Steam password.
How long does it take to sell a Steam item for USDT?+
After the 30-second quote lock, you confirm one trade in Steam Mobile. Once the bot receives and confirms the keys, USDT is credited to your site balance. Polygon withdrawal is a separate request from /withdraw.
Why does Steam hold trades for 15 days?+
If either side has not met Steam's Mobile Authenticator requirements, Steam may hold the trade for up to 15 days. Passing the 7-day age check avoids that specific hold risk, but other Steam restrictions can still apply. This is Steam's rule, not ours.
Is my Steam account safe? Do you need my password?+
